Morriña, by Mexican designer Ana Quireza explored different textile techniques to create a harmonious mixture of textures, silhouettes and materials. The inspiration for the collection comes from the colors, textures and shapes from a series of dishes of the Galician cusine and its culture, ingrained in rituals and mysticism. The collection was created to convey the importance of communication, memory and lived experiences.
For the lookbook, the mystic and Galician scenery were key elements of the collection's essence. Foggy, green and humid woods were chosen as the setting to complement the textured knitware colors and shapes.
